Food Lion in Blythewood, SC is seeking a Produce Department Manager to lead daily operations, hire and develop associates, and drive sales and cost control. You will partner with store leadership to maintain food safety, product quality and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities include labor scheduling, coaching, adhering to company guidelines and training protocols, and ensuring the department meets safety and sanitation standards while delivering a positive shopping experience.

Formación

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to lead and direct others.
• Certified Food Safety Manager or ability to achieve accreditation within 90 days of employment; training provided if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Produce Department, including hiring, training and developing department associates.
• Supervise performance and conduct reviews for direct reports.
• Oversee labor planning and scheduling to meet productivity expectations.
• Provide leadership to promote Food Lion Guiding Principles and store strategy.
• Support budgeted financial and operating results and ensure a positive customer experience.
