Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking team members for our retail store operations in Pennsylvania. You will join a fast-paced environment, ensuring products are available, properly displayed, and safely handled for customers and teammates.

Daily duties include reviewing shift schedules, stocking, training teammates, dates checks, sanitation, and achieving KPI targets while delivering friendly customer service to the community.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to read, write, communicate effectively and follow policies.
• Must complete a 60-day probationary period.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements of the job.
• Must use or learn to use equipment and tools for the job.
• Must adhere to safety and food safety requirements in the produce department.
• Must wear proper clothes and shoes approved for the job.
• Must have 1 year of work experience or technical training.
• Must have keyboarding skills.
• Must complete in-house forklift-training program.
• Must maintain any required licenses or permits.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at shift start and prepare equipment and supplies.
• Enter orders, supervise and train teammates, stock items, check dates and follow food safety rules.
• Check inventory daily, remove outdated items, stock displays, and maintain coolers and pallets.
• Strive to achieve KPI targets for the department.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, displays, floors and counters.
• Track losses using known loss tracking (KLT).
