Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; on-the-job training plus produce/sanitation courses.
• Retail leadership experience preferred; ability to manage a fast-paced department.
• Strong math skills for pricing and inventory analysis.

Responsibilities

• Set standards for customer service, cleanliness, and department profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and develop department staff.
• Plan displays, ads, and pre-orders to drive sales and engagement.
• Analyze weekly/monthly sales trends and write ads accordingly.
• Oversee inventory, temperatures, and proper storage to guarantee freshness.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise; ensure correct pricing and signage.
