Coborn's is hiring a Department Manager to lead the Produce Department at our Glencoe location. You will drive sales and gross profit through effective team leadership, training, and coaching to deliver remarkable guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate ordering, receiving, merchandising, pricing, and freshness of department products.
• Lead department team through training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure guest service excellence and effective utilization of personnel and resources.
• Maintain accurate records, manage labor, gross profit, inventory, shrink, and safety practices.
