Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Produce Department operations to maximize sales and gross profit.
• Direct purchasing, receiving, merchandising, pricing and freshness of department products.
• Manage records, guest service, labor, expenses, inventory and shrink.
• Rotate stock, control freshness, supervise workload, and conduct performance conversations.
