Job summary

Coborn's Incorporated is seeking a Produce Department Assistant Manager in Minneapolis to support the Produce Department Manager in daily operations. You will supervise staff, manage expenses, maintain inventory, and ensure product freshness through rotation and removal of outdated items.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and team supervision preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory control and expense management helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist Produce Department Manager with daily operations and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Direct workload, coach and evaluate staff, and manage employee relations.
• Oversee inventory, shrink, and freshness by rotating stock and removing out-of-date merchandise.
