The role emphasizes ownership of, and accountability for, department performance, training, and operational execution, with a focus on delivering an exceptional shopping experience for members.

Competenze

• 6 months experience in a fresh production department or supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must successfully complete required trainings and assessments within the given time frame.

• Lead the Produce and Floral team to meet the business plan and drive member satisfaction.
• Communicate department goals and policies; ensure adherence and member advocacy.
• Ensure quality, inventory, sanitation, safety, and compliance in the produce area.
• Collaborate with other team leaders to ensure the total club meets member expectations.
