Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in Memphis, TN is seeking a Produce Department Lead to drive sales, supervise a team of hourly associates, and ensure club-level member satisfaction. You will lead produce operations, model department expertise, and work with other leaders to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Lead the Produce and Floral team to meet business plan and member expectations.
• Communicate department goals and ensure adherence to policies and being an advocate for members and associates.
• Collaborate with other team leaders to ensure the total club meets member expectations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of floor operations, inventory, sanitation, safety and compliance.
• Leverage handheld technology to plan for sales and train the team to use new tools.
