Walmart in South Point, OH is hiring a Produce Department Lead to supervise hourly associates and drive sales while upholding member service standards. You’ll lead the Produce and Floral team, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and collaborate with other leaders to meet the club’s objectives.

You’ll leverage technology and training to improve operations, manage staffing, and deliver a great shopping experience for members.

Competenze

• Minimum Qualifications: 6 months experience in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Mansioni

• Lead the Produce and Floral team to deliver on the business plan.
• Communicate department goals and company programs to the team.
• Collaborate with other team leaders to meet member expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of floor operations and ensure quality, safety, and compliance in produce.
