Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates with a positive attitude.
• Establish department performance goals and empower associates to meet targets.
• Create an environment that makes customers feel welcome and informed about products.
• Review and inspect products for quality and freshness and take appropriate action.
• Create and execute sales promotions in partnership with store management.
• Schedule and manage inventory, price changes, and CAO processes.
• Ensure proper temperatures in cases and coolers and maintain temperature logs.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report safety risks or incidents.
