• Monitor all functions, duties and activities in the Produce department.
• Ensure proper temperatures in cases and coolers and maintain temperature logs.
• Develop and implement a department business plan to achieve desired results.
• Prepare and submit seasonal critiques for the sales and merchandising supervisor.
