Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements for this position.
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Must complete the in-house forklift-training program.
• Must have and maintain valid specialty licenses, certificates, or permits required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule at shift start and prepare PPE and supplies.
• Enter orders, schedule work, supervise and train team members, receive, store, stock items, check dates, perform markdowns, and handle department tasks as needed.
• Check inventory daily, remove out-of-date items, stock displays, and maintain displays.
• Achieve all KPI targets for the department.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, displays, floors, and counters.
• Track losses using known loss tracking (KLT).
