Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Produce Clerk to join our team in Decatur, GA. You will stock, display, and rotate produce, ensure pricing accuracy, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced grocery setting.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and available scheduling flexibility including nights and weekends. You will engage with customers to help them make healthy choices, maintain knowledge of products, and support a clean, inviting department.

Qualifications

• Be able to interact with customers and provide friendly assistance.

• Be dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs. and maneuver heavy objects.
• Maintain safety, health and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Stock the Produce department and maintain presentation per schematics.
• Ensure tag and pricing accuracy and proper rotation of merchandise.
• Provide high level of product knowledge and customer service.
• Answer customer questions in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Maintain inventory control to maximize freshness and availability.
