Qualifications

• Apply basic math skills including simple addition, subtraction, counting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting every customer with a smile and assisting with needs.
• Review merchandise for freshness and replenish/rotate product.
• Ensure adequate product supply and anticipate daily needs for the department.
• Check in product, put product away, and review invoices as needed.
• Prepare, finish, and replenish product as necessary.
• Practice proper sanitation and keep the work area clean and safe.
• Remove trash and assist with general department upkeep.
• Order product and supplies and price for customers as needed.
• Answer the phone promptly and provide friendly service to customers who call.
• Follow Hy-Vee's dress code, hygiene standards, and department guidelines.
• Pitch in with other tasks or special projects as they come up
