The role emphasizes strong customer service and teamwork in a friendly, dynamic environment. Candidates should be prepared for a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, with physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must interact well with customers and maintain a respectful, helpful attitude.
• Must have good communication skills and be able to take direction within a team.
• Ability to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Physical ability to stand/walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and move items as required.

Responsibilities

• Stock the Produce department with presentation, facing, filling and organization as per department schematics.
• Ensure tag and pricing accuracy across products.
• Rotate merchandise and maintain inventory freshness.
• Answer customer questions in a friendly and helpful manner.
