Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce Department Operations: department readiness, staffing, supervision, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, department goals and cleanliness
• Replenishment & Inventory Procedures: ordering, replenishment, receiving, invoicing, back stock, reclamation and returns
• Merchandising & Sales Floor Standards: stocking, displays, signing, signing, sampling, and display maintenance
• Fresh Food Preparation & Production: maintaining food safety, prep and production requirements, cool standards, service counters
• Problem Solving: define issues and use critical thinking to obtain answers
