Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
  • Current food handler's permit upon employment.

  • Maintain accurate labeling, stocking, and inventory records.
  • Report discrepancies and safety issues to management.

  • Ensure proper temperature maintenance and logs for cases and coolers.
  • Reinforce safety programs, identify unsafe conditions, and notify management.
  • Practice preventive maintenance and report equipment issues.
  • Report accidents, safety risks, and illegal activities.
