Responsibilities

• Stock the Produce department, including presentation, facing, filling, and organization of all product items as per department schematics, ensuring tag and pricing accuracy.
• Properly stock and rotate merchandise, including trimming, watering, and merchandising to ensure freshness and quality.
• Maintain inventory control to maximize product freshness and availability.
• Assist customers with questions in a friendly manner.
• Ensure proper handling and merchandising of farm-fresh produce.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Respectful, ethical, and committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Positive attitude with good communication skills.
• Able to perform repetitive activities, multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Capable of walking up to 5 miles in an 8-hour shift.
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures regulations.

Additional Details
