Job summary

Qualifications

• Operational / retail management experience.
• Leadership in a complex environment with multiple direct reports.
• Understanding of retail accounting and shrink control.
• Strong leadership, ownership mentality and strategic planning.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights.
• Completion of JVSS management training programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department operations across multiple areas (produce, market, front end) and center store.
• Lead staffing, training, and performance reviews; drive store-wide initiatives.
• Review financials and performance, identify opportunities and issues.
• Ensure food safety, customer service excellence, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with store leadership for total store plans and inventory flow.
