Minimum qualifications:

  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction)
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Current food handlers permit once employed

Desired qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Any management experience
  • Any produce/retail experience
  • Second language (speaking, reading and/or writing)

Additional responsibilities include promoting trust and respect among associates, communicating company, department, and job-specific information, establishing performance goals, training and developing associates, creating a welcoming environment for customers, managing inventory, ensuring safety and compliance, and managing conflict with integrity and professionalism.
