Provide leadership support and direction during primetime hours (3p-7p M-F; 11a-7p Sat/Sun) to drive sales and enhance the customer experience. Collaborate with the store and department leaders to develop a high-performance culture where associates are aligned with the business strategy and receive the necessary knowledge and training to deliver a great experience for Every Customer, Every Time.
