Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a Produce Department teammate in Fayetteville, NC. The role focuses on providing fast, friendly service, maintaining display standards, and minimizing shrink through adherence to policies and safety guidelines.

You will unload trucks, learn ACIS/CAO tools, and ensure compliance with all regulations while representing the Food Lion brand with a neat, professional appearance. Training and orientation are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.

• Must meet minimum age requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service in the Produce Dept to create a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain standards and maximize sales in line with policies.
• Unload trucks for the Produce Department.
• Understand and use company tools such as ACIS and CAO.
• Follow Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines and procedures.
• Observe and correct unsafe conditions and report accidents.
• Wear the Food Lion uniform with name badge and maintain a neat appearance.
• Complete CBT, Training Packet, and Training Aid courses.
