Be an Expert: Understand processes and specifications related to quality of various types of produce merchandise; prepare products according to established standards; maintain product safety and sanitation guidelines; adhere to laws, regulations, and policies related to produce quality.
Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
Be an Owner: Drive area performance; utilize digital tools; stock and rotate department products; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; assist customers according to company policies.
Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high quality service and products; exhibit energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; use Open Door Policy in executing business processes and practices.
