Base Pay Range
$16.00/hr – $23.00/hr
Position Summary
As a member of the produce team, you’ll make important decisions about the quality of the produce that members and their families eat by ensuring availability, cleanliness, and freshness. You will be on the front lines of customer service – your smile makes a difference and you can help enhance the member’s shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members.
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer member questions.
- Keep the produce area clean, neat, and ready for members.
- Receive and stock merchandise in an organized manner.
- Maintain inventory to avoid out‑of‑stock and over‑stock issues.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot inventory, reduce shrinkage, and maintain in‑stock levels.
- Adhere to sanitation guidelines and applicable laws and regulations.
- Utilize digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and support associate engagement.
- Leverage inventory management techniques to stock and rotate department products.
- Exhibit high quality service and product presentation.
- Implement company policies and the Open Door Policy.
- Communicate progress and recommend improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Successfully complete all required trainings and assessments.
- Can perform job duties in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in produce or a related field.
- Knowledge of produce quality standards and safety.
- Ability to use handheld technology.

Additional Compensation
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific duties.
- Hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location.
