Position Summary

As a member of the produce team, you will make important decisions about the quality of the produce that members and their families eat by ensuring availability, cleanliness, and freshness. You will be on the front lines of customer service – your smile makes a difference and helps enhance the member’s shopping experience.

  • Guide peers, provide attention to customer needs, and assist customers according to company policies
  • Carry out work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources
  • Recommend and implement improvement opportunities
