Heinen’s is seeking a Retail Professional to uphold the Heinen’s Diamond Difference standards. As an associate, you’ll learn and apply our brand behaviors—Professional Appearance, Acknowledge, Evaluate, Thank, Engage—and support customers across the produce department.

You will prioritize daily work, acquire knowledge of produce, maintain a clean and safe environment, handle special orders, stock displays, and plan attractive layouts.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and independently to achieve daily tasks.
• Comply with all company policies and standards.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Production driven with the ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 0 to 50 degrees.
• Willingness to work the non-traditional five‑day schedule, including Saturday, Sunday and evenings.
