Job summary

Actalent seeks an experienced Procurement Functional Business Analyst to support a large-scale Workday ERP transformation in Boston. You will design procurement processes, validate solutions, test, deploy, and provide post-go-live support across the procurement workstream.

The role requires 5+ years in ERP projects, deep Workday Procurement knowledge, and strong stakeholder collaboration in a hybrid Boston environment. Travel may be involved.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Functional Business Analyst to support a large-scale Workday ERP transformation initiative. This individual will play a critical role in business process design, solution validation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities within the Procurement workstream. The ideal candidate has strong experience supporting ERP implementations, deep knowledge of Procurement operations and Workday Procurement functionality, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, system integrators, functional leads, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Work Environment

The role involves working collaboratively with various teams in a dynamic environment. It requires effective communication and coordination across different departments to ensure the successful implementation of the ERP system. The work may involve some travel and the use of advanced technology platforms.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $100.00/hr.
