Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Sr. IT Manager for Procurement Transformation to drive enterprise-wide initiatives modernizing procurement processes and optimizing operating models.

You will partner with senior leaders and IT teams to deliver measurable outcomes including cost avoidance, productivity gains, and scalable growth. You will lead strategy and transformation efforts, build ROI-driven business cases, and oversee cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement, business transformation, or related fields.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Strong experience partnering with IT delivery teams.
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presence.
• Strong analytical skills with experience defining and tracking KPIs.
