Job summary

Aston Carter in Bay Shore, NY seeks an ERP Analyst to support and optimize ERP operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and drive process improvements across multiple departments, including finance, purchasing, inventory, and manufacturing.

The role requires hands-on ERP experience, collaboration with internal teams and vendors, and opportunities to contribute to upgrades, reporting, and data governance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years ERP systems experience.
• Experience troubleshooting ERP users.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, Oracle, or Infor.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills using Power BI, SQL, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot ERP system issues, identify root causes, and resolve problems with internal teams and external vendors.

• Configure, maintain, and optimize ERP modules to improve efficiency and accuracy.

ERP Analyst

Full-Time | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | Occasional Saturdays Required Urgent Hiring Need

Are you the go-to person when ERP issues arise? Do you enjoy analyzing, improving processes, and helping users get the most out of their systems? We're seeking an ERP Analyst to support and optimize critical ERP operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on role for someone with ERP experience who can investigate system issues, support end users, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement across business operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot ERP system issues, identify root causes, and resolve problems with internal teams and external vendors
• Support users across finance, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, and sales functions
• Configure, maintain, and optimize ERP modules to improve efficiency and accuracy

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of ERP systems experience
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting ERP users
• Experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, Oracle, or Infor
• Knowledge of inventory, supply chain, manufacturing, or finance processes
• Strong reporting and analytical skills using Power BI, SQL, and Excel
• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or integrations is highly preferred
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer support skills

Preferred Background

• Manufacturing or distribution industry experience
• Experience supporting inventory and operational workflows
• ERP master data management experience
• Exposure to CRM, WMS, or eCommerce integrations
• Advanced Excel skills

Full-Time

6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Occasional Saturdays required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
