Dexian, a leading talent and technology solutions company, seeks a Sourcing/Procurement Specialist to serve as a functional SME and administrator for enterprise procurement and workforce management platforms. The role collaborates with Procurement, HR, IT, Security, and external vendors to ensure data integrity, governance, and process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least five years supporting enterprise procurement or workforce management systems.
• Experience leading UAT, system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and provide functional support for procurement and workforce management platforms.
• Manage complex system issues, escalations, and operational support activities.
• Coordinate system enhancements and change initiatives.
• Oversee integrations, data quality, and compliance controls across connected systems.
• Support contingent workforce lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding.
• Partner with stakeholders and vendors to optimize processes and improve user experience.
• Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and procedures.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with platform governance initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to apply automation and AI solutions to recurring tasks and accuracy.
