Qualifications

• Knowledge of county procurement processes and regulations.
• Notary Public in AZ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase requisitions, procurement, warehousing, and issue of supplies and equipment for the department.
• supervise and evaluate warehouse staff and purchasing personnel.
• Prepare bid specifications, analyze bids, and assist in bid award documents for the Board of Supervisors.
• Monitor budgets and maintain inventory records and asset tracking.
