Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with Workday and OneTrust preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement and vendor management workflows, including intake, due diligence, onboarding, contract routing, and follow-up.
• Manage a queue of vendor-related requests with deadlines and status updates.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; schedule follow-ups and route requests.
• Administer vendor due diligence activities and collect documentation for compliance.
• Prepare procurement reports, spend analyses, and supplier performance updates.
• Track procurement spending, supplier pricing, and PO activity; assist budget management.
