Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or related discipline.
5–7 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or governance roles.
Advanced knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing, contract administration, and P2P workflows.
Experience with SAP ERP environments and master data governance.
Proficiency in Office Suite, SharePoint, Adobe tools, and BI platforms.

Responsibilities

Oversee procurement compliance, master data management, contract administration, and analytics.
Develop and implement governance strategies aligned with company objectives.
Enhance SAP structures and workflows including hierarchy, release strategies, and materials governance.
Design training materials, process docs, and Procure‑to‑Pay workflows.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize procurement processes.
Monitor procurement performance and report findings with recommended actions.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
