Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing, contract administration, and P2P workflows.
  • Experience with SAP ERP environments and master data governance.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite, SharePoint, Adobe tools, and BI platforms.

Lead Procurement Transformation for a publicly traded industry leader. Own SAP optimization, procurement analytics, governance, supplier performance, and enterprise‑wide operational initiatives while providing strong executive visibility and long‑term growth.

Salary: $135,000 - $145,000 per year.

Job Details

We are a large‑scale, publicly traded industrial manufacturing organization undergoing significant operational and procurement transformation across a complex multi‑site environment. Our team is building a best‑in‑class Procurement Center of Excellence focused on modernization, process optimization, analytics, governance, and enterprise‑wide operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all procurement compliance, master data management, contract administration, fleet programs, and procurement analytics functions.
  • Develop and implement procurement governance strategies to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Continuously enhance procurement‑related SAP structures and workflows, including organizational hierarchy, release strategies, material master governance, and Materials Management optimization initiatives.
  • Design and deliver training materials, process documentation, workshops, and Procure‑to‑Pay processes.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize procurement processes and workflows.
  • Monitor and report on procurement performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, procurement operations, shared services, or procurement governance roles.
  • Advanced knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing operations, contract administration, and procure‑to‑pay workflows within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience working within ERP environments, preferably SAP, including exposure to master data governance and workflow administration.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Adobe tools, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Must have experience within the heavy manufacturing, construction materials, cement, aggregates, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
