Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in supply chain or a related role.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects, ideally in procurement or IT-enabled change.
• Hands-on Coupa experience (Sourcing, SRM, Contracting, SIM, or Procurement modules).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional procurement transformation projects and programs.
• Own Coupa system ownership, enhancements, and user adoption.
• Define requirements, coordinate with IT and vendors on enhancements.
• Provide Level 2 Coupa support and training to stakeholders.
• Maintain documented processes and governance for procurement tech.
