Randstad USA is seeking a Procurement Senior Analyst — Strategic Initiatives & Transformation in New York (Broadway) or Nashville, TN onsite, full-time contract with potential to extend. The role supports a global procurement transformation and drives data hygiene, financial validation, and initiative sign-off tracking in Asana.

You will manage about 45 active initiatives weekly, coordinate with regional leads and finance, and train teams on field completion and governance to ensure budget

Qualifications

1–2+ years of procurement experience with non-labor spend knowledge.
Hands-on Asana experience to manage workflows and reporting.
Ability to manage a fast-paced workload with tight deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication with international teams.
Process-oriented mindset with attention to data hygiene and documentation.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day data integrity for ~45 active initiatives weekly across regions.
Maintain Hygiene Dashboard and assign daily action items to regional leads.
Lead weekly stand-ups to review priorities and unblock progress.
Implement Asana workflows, portfolios, and custom fields as the single source of truth.
Develop training materials and onboarding guides for cross-functional teams.
Coordinate with Category Leads and finance to ensure budget sign-offs and alignment.
