Job summary

Kiliuda Consulting, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks Procurement Technicians Level 14 to support a customer in Frederick and Bethesda, MD with hybrid and remote work available with client authorization. Responsibilities include preparing and verifying contracts, maintaining documents, data entry, invoicing, and producing performance reports for procurement programs.

Minimum ten years of related experience, BA/BS in a related field, and ability to obtain a Public Trust are

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of experience in related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheets and database management.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field; four years of specialized experience plus a High School diploma is equivalent to a BA/BS degree.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify contracts and documentation to complete contract packages.
• Maintain and retrieve contract documents.
• Enter data into tracking systems and prepare reports.
• Prepare past performance reports and track report status.
• Provide information and assistance on procurement matters to program staff.
• Assist with training of new procurement technicians.
