Job summary

Aquent in Houston, TX is seeking a hands-on Procurement Specialist to drive digital enablement of our Procure-to-Pay ecosystem, with a primary focus on Coupa, SAP S/4HANA and Ariba. You will design, configure, test, and deploy scalable digital solutions to optimize buying and enforce governance.

As a trusted SME, you will own platform administration, data governance, and process improvement across P2P workflows, collaborating with Supply Chain teams to standardize practices and drive adoption,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2-4+ years in procurement technology or supply chain systems administration.
• Must be a functional Coupa SME with admin/configuration experience.
• Deep understanding of source-to-pay / P2P processes and supplier enablement.
• Strong analytical and change-enablement skills.
• Onsite availability at Houston, TX location.

Responsibilities

• Platform Administration & Configuration: Coupa SME ownership, configure and maintain settings, master data, access controls, and integrations across Coupa, SAP S/4HANA, and Ariba.
• Process Enablement & Automation: Identify and implement digitization and automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve controls.
• Functional SME & Advisory: Support end-to-end source-to-pay lifecycle including requisitioning, approvals, PO creation, receiving, invoicing, and supplier enablement.
• Data Governance & Analytics: Oversee spend analytics, supplier performance, platform adoption, and system efficiency.
• Solution Delivery & Continuous Improvement: Lead testing, documentation, deployments, and post-go-live optimizations; drive user adoption across Supply Chain.
