Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Procurement Technology PMO Director to provide strategic vision and project management for the procurement tech platform. The role collaborates with internal partners to develop, install and enhance procurement systems and to drive executive-level reporting and governance.

Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional projects, deploying AI/LLM solutions, and ensuring strong client delivery while managing budgets and vendor partnerships across global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience staffing, training, coaching, development, and performance management is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in emerging AI and large language model (LLM) technologies and use-case development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to partner with stakeholders globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of departmental projects with cost, timeline and quality controls.
• Identify and deploy AI/LLM use cases to automate procurement processes.
• Maintain systems and processes to ensure superior service delivery.
• Oversee internal controls, policies, and performance reporting to senior management.
• Manage vendor relationships and optimize partnerships for strategic advantage.
• Forecast and manage annual department budgets and financial performance.
