CorVel is seeking a Procurement Team Lead in Fort Worth, TX, onsite. The role splits 50/50 between production work and supporting the supervisor, with supervisory duties in their absence.

You will monitor/audit procurement processes, manage queues via the Management Console Tool, assist with QC tickets, respond to internal and client inquiries, and guide team members. A strong org mindset and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of office experience.
• Minimum 1 year as Procurement Analyst.

Responsabilités

• Monitor/Audit files in Procurement staffs individual service queues via Management Console Tool for accuracy and timely claim processing.
• Assist with Procurement QC queue tickets during high volume times.
• Assist team members with all questions and concerns.
• Answer emails and phone calls from both Procurement and other internal departments and also externally from Clients/Providers regarding any claims processing concerns.
• Additional duties as assigned.

The Procurement Team Lead position is 50% production and 50% assisting and supporting direct supervisor with ensuring the team meets protocol, as well as performing supervisory duties during the supervisor's absence.

This is an onsite position in Fort Worth, TX.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor/Audit and reports for Procurement and clients
• Monitor/Audit files in Procurement staffs individual service queues via Management Console Tool for accuracy and timely claim processing
• Assist with Procurement QC queue tickets during high volume times
• Assist team members with all questions and concerns

PAY RANGE:

CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.

For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.

Pay Range: $15.61 - $23.82 per hour
