Agropur in Appleton, WI is seeking a Systems and Process Coordinator to support the North American Procurement team. You will manage price lists, maintain master data, and contribute to ERP implementations, working with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business or related field and at least two years in procurement or supply chain. Strong Excel/ERP skills are essential, with opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
• Minimum two years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Data analytics experience is an asset.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to extract, analyze, and act on data with limited supervision.
• Advanced computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and ERP.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the procurement pricelist process with Procurement Category Teams and Operations.
• Maintain supplier price lists; verify and resolve price discrepancies with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Provide visibility reports on KPIs, spend, price adherence, and other needs.
• Create and maintain data records; work with MDM to ensure data accuracy.
• Support implementation of a new procurement platform and ERP system.
• Collaborate with suppliers, MDM and Operations to maintain master data integrity.
• Leverage ERP tools to standardize and improve processes.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and identify improvement opportunities.
