Bozzuto’s seeks a Sr. Procurement Systems Analyst to lead HIMPACT and optimize the procurement workflow on-site in Cheshire, CT. You will steward a 300–1,000 SKU portfolio, analyze key metrics, and develop reports to guide buying decisions.

The role requires strong ERP/system experience, collaboration with IT and vendors, and hands-on procurement expertise to improve processes and system capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, buying, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems and procurement platforms; HIMPACT preferred but not required.
• Experience managing inventory, replenishment, or service levels.
• Ability to train, influence, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Procurement Systems SME for HIMPACT and manage a 300–1,000 SKU buying desk.
• Maintain product lines and stay hands-on with buying processes.
• Analyze KPIs, inventory, service levels, and profitability to drive improvements.
• Develop and maintain reports and metrics for procurement leadership.
• Coordinate training for buyers and lead cross-functional procurement meetings.
• Liaise with IT and vendors to troubleshoot issues and improve system functionality.
