Zusammenfassung

ECS is seeking an eProcurement System Implementation and Adoption Specialist to lead the rollout of the new e-PPS system across MCC and MCAs, starting with Mozambique and Kosovo, in our Washington, DC office.

You will translate MCC procurement processes into system configurations, train users, and manage testing to ensure a usable, auditable solution while coordinating with providers and MCA teams to achieve adoption and data quality.

Qualifikationen

• Strong background in procurement processes, especially public/international development.
• Experience with eProcurement or similar enterprise system implementations (configuration, testing, UAT).
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration and training materials.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across MCC and MCAs.

Aufgaben

• Define requirements, design test scenarios, and provide acceptance evidence.
• Create traceability matrices linking requirements to provider commitments, including config and gaps.
• Design test scenarios and gather acceptance evidence.
• Participate in discovery sessions, configuration reviews, demos, and UAT.
• Test procurement workflows: bid processes, evaluation, approvals, and reporting.
• Prioritize defects by procurement impact and priority.
• Document workarounds and risks; coordinate retesting.
• Advise MCC procedures translation into system roles, permissions, workflows, templates, and reports.
• Coordinate readiness: roles, config, training, data, migrations, integrations, cutover, and post-launch support.
• Maintain onboarding checklist and rollout plan for Mozambique, Kosovo, and other MCAs.
• Ensure MCA environments are segregated and MCC access limited; escalate issues.
• Support go-live and stabilize; log adoption issues and enhancement requests with owners.
• Provide admin and super user training; develop MCC-specific job aids and training materials.
• Create MCC-specific job aids, demos, and role-based training.
• Deliver training remotely or on-site; train MCA focal points and a train-the-trainer model.
• Offer first-line support and route issues to provider or MCC; track resolutions.
• Work with MCC on metrics, data definitions, quality checks, and access rules.
• Validate MCC reporting for completeness and timeliness; suggest improvements.
• Partner on dashboards and reports for procurement pipeline, cycle times, and delays.
• Coordinate data integration needs with MCC-MIS and SAP teams.
