Job summary

ECS Corporate Services in Washington, DC seeks an eProcurement System Implementation and Adoption Specialist to roll out the e-PPS system across MCC and MCAs, starting with Mozambique and Kosovo. You will ensure the system meets real procurement needs and provides reliable oversight data.

You will lead requirements, testing, configuration, training, rollout coordination with the provider and MCA partners, support go‑live, and drive adoption with traceability, dashboards, and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement processes, especially public/international development procurement.
• Experience with eProcurement or similar enterprise system implementations (configuration, testing, UAT).
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Build traceability matrices linking requirements to provider commitments; design test scenarios and UAT.
• Advise on translating MCC procurement procedures into system roles, permissions, workflows, and reports; coordinate rollout.
• Complete administrator and super user training; create MCC-specific job aids and training materials; deliver training remotely or in person.
• Define procurement metrics, data definitions, data quality checks, and access rules for cross-MCA monitoring; coordinate with data/BI teams for dashboards.
