Job summary

Casey’s in Ankeny, IA is seeking an Associate Procurement Systems Analyst to support the administration and maintenance of procurement systems, helping teams work more efficiently. You will provide day-to-day system support, assist with data validation and reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive process improvements.

The role requires a bachelor’s or equivalent experience, knowledge of procurement/supply chain systems, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of procurement, supply chain, business systems, data management, reporting and analytics.
• Exposure to procurement or supply chain systems, including procure-to-pay, merchandising, transportation, warehouse management.
• Retail or related operational experience.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and maintenance of Procurement systems and related processes.
• Provide first-level user support for Procurement systems and troubleshooting.
• Assist with supplier transaction enablement (EDI, cXML, punchout catalogs, virtual cards).
• Maintain reports, interfaces, integrations and data processes for accuracy and timeliness.
• Participate in system releases, upgrades and testing with issue identification.
• Maintain system documentation and training materials.
• Support audits and internal control reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
