Job summary

Cherokee Strategic Solutions (CSS) is seeking a Procurement Systems Analyst to advance small and minority-owned programs within federal procurement. You will leverage data analysis, Power Platform, and SharePoint to drive efficiency and insights for ONR missions from a civilian to DoD context.

The role requires working with MS Power Platform tools, Power BI, and data reporting, with a focus on data quality and accountability, while supporting government clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, CS or related field.
• 2–5 years of federal procurement, acquisition data analysis, or IT support.
• Proficiency with Office 365 Suite, SharePoint, Azure, Power Platform, Power BI, Power Apps, SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Must have an active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Run metrics reports and queries to support data quality and data management in acquisition activities.
• Develop applications in Power Platform and related tools for DOW/DON/ONR environments.
• Collect, analyze, and report data from multiple sources to track ONR acquisition and awards.
• Assist with data calls and FOIA requests.
• Provide oversight and monitor acquisition information system requests in the ticketing system.
• Provide system administration support for eBusiness-related systems, including accounts activation/deactivation and auditing.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
