Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking a Procurement Systems Analyst to support ONR’s small business programs through data analysis, Power Platform development, and outreach coordination. The role involves creating dashboards, managing data quality, and assisting with FOIA responses in a government contracting context.

The position requires US citizenship and an active Secret clearance, with a starting salary range of $75,000–$85,000 and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of federal procurement, acquisition data analysis, or IT business support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, SharePoint, Azure, Power Platform (Power Automate, Desktop), Power BI, Power Apps, SQL databases and related IDEs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities and event coordination.
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.

Responsibilities

• Run metrics reports and queries to support data quality and data management.
• Develop applications in Power Platform and related tools.
• Collect, analyze, and report data from multiple sources to track and publish statistics on ONR acquisition and assistance awards.
• Assist with data for FOIA requests.
• Provide oversight and monitor acquisition information system requests within the ticketing system.
• Provide system administration support for Federal, DoD, and Navy eBusiness related systems, including account management and troubleshooting.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
