Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for SCCC, including reviewing purchase requests and preparing purchasing documents.
• Monitor orders, reconcile invoices, and maintain purchasing records; work with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Support uniform orders, office supplies, records retention, and staff locker management.
• Provide general administrative support to maintain efficient facility operations.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and understanding of State of Alaska procurement procedures.
