Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement or supply chain with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, supplier management, inventory control, KPIs, and risk mitigation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, SCM or related field preferred; strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and standardize plant procurement operations, establishing purchasing best practices, supplier KPIs, and performance reporting.
• Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks, manage supplier transitions, and prevent material shortages or production disruptions.
• Drive supplier accountability for on-time delivery, capacity planning, and production commitments while optimizing inventory levels and SAP purchasing processes.
