What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Oversee $150-200M in annual direct spend and manage four direct reports
2. Execute a new Vendor Management Inventory program and collaborate with internal teams for material needs
3. Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities
4. Develop and implement procurement strategies that optimize activities and ensure quality delivery
5. Lead Oracle procurement training for internal stakeholders and manage procurement reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or 10+ years of experience in supply chain management
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
3. Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
5. Excellent communication and people skills
